Every engagement starts here. We work with you to understand the problem space, define objectives, identify constraints, and document a clear set of requirements. This phase ensures we're aligned before any engineering work begins.
We explore the solution space by generating concepts, evaluating trade-offs, and stress-testing ideas before committing resources. The output is a validated concept direction with supporting analysis and rationale.
The core engineering phase. We produce detailed designs including mechanical models, system architectures, software designs, and electronics schematics, with everything traceable back to requirements.
We build: fabricating components, writing code, assembling hardware, and integrating subsystems. This phase is iterative; we surface issues early and resolve them before they compound.
We validate the system against the original requirements using structured test plans, documented results, and traceable acceptance criteria. Issues found here are resolved before delivery.
We close every engagement with complete, well-organized deliverables, including all relevant documentation, drawings, source files, and handover materials. You should never have to guess how something works.
